Kindergarten is currently using the Voices reading program to explore multicultural literature, to develop social skills, to connect literature to the world around us, and to create a solid foundation of phonics and comprehension skills.  Students also participate in sight word study to support reading fluency.  The Scott Foresman-Addison Wesley Mathematics series uses hands-on experiences and fun activities to help students learn and apply a wide variety of math skills and logical reasoning.  Religion, Science, and Social Studies receive attention and instruction throughout the Kindergarten curriculum, creating collections between subjects and to real-life experiences.
