At St. Aedan St. Brendan Pre School, we believe in supporting and valuing of all families. St. Aedan St. Brendan Preschool is:
- Full day/full year program which runs from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- NAEYC accredited
- Care4Kids accepted
- State mandated sliding scale fee schedule based on income and family size
- High teacher to student ratio
- On site social worker and eduation consultant
Our experience plans and curriculum are based on the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards (CT ELDS) and and the Connecticut Documentation for Teaching System (CT DOTS) which allow children to learn based on their uniquness while building self-esteem, friendships and a sense of community.

St. Aedan’s Preschool readiness program prides itself on having experienced professionals who diligently work with three and four year olds, creating a learning atmosphere where all children and families learn and grow together. Our Lead Teachers hold Masters, Bachelor's or Associate Degrees in Early Childhool, our Assistant Teachers hold Associate Degrees in Early Childhood or CDA Certificates. All of our staff are trained in CPR/First Aid as well as Medication and Emergency Medication Administration.

Before I joined St. Aedan St. Brendan Pre School in July 2104, I worked in a Pre School setting while attending classes in early childhood education at a Techinical High School. I earned my Associates in Early Childhood Education. I am currently persuing a Bachelors in Human Development Family Studies in and will graduate in May of 2019.

After I joined St. Aedan St. Brendan in May of 2012 I decided to persue an Associates in Early Childhood Education. I was a nanny for many years as well as a caregiver for the elderly. I am a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 6.

After completing some college courses, I took a position as secretary at Pitney Bowes. My interest in Early Childhood Education led me to a teaching position at New Life Nursery School and Tutor Time. I have 18 years combined experience in Early Childhood. I joined St. Aedan St. Brendan Pre School in 2018. I am a nature lover and enjoy culinary arts. I am married and we have a son.

I majored in nursing and English in college which lead to a career in the health field. I worked as an Administrative Assistant for over 10 years for Cornell Scott Hill Health Center. I have two children, two grandchildren with another on the way!
